Annual General Meeting 2024

Our Annual General Meeting will be held on Saturday May 18. The meeting will be proceeded by a social game of bowls between 12.00 noon and 2.45pm with the meeting starting at 3pm.

We have two nominations for President, and two nominations for Bowls Director. Voting will be open to elect both of these positions. Only Full and Life Members can vote at the AGM.

Postal Ballots

If you are unable to attend the AGM and you wish to vote for either or both positions, a postal ballot paper can be requested of our Secretary. The details of the process to be followed will be included in the kit you will be provided with upon request of a postal ballot paper. Please note that postal votes must be received by the Returning Officer by Friday May 23.

Consider Nominating

The club cannot operate without the generous contribution members make to running the club and it is imperative everyone seriously consider applying. This includes newer members, as we know there is a wealth of talent in our membership, who could make excellent contributions to the management of the club.
