Open Day – 2023
Our beautiful club will be holding its annual Open Day on Sunday 8th October, from 11am until 3pm.
It is a day where we open our doors to our members and the community, and celebrate and share the community atmosphere and activities we all enjoy on a daily basis throughout the year. Members and visitors can try the activities of our club:
- Lawn Bowls – enjoy an introduction to the game – a game for all ages and abilities – our players range from teenagers to adults
- Bridge – try your hand at cards – no knowledge necessary – learn about our beginner classes
- Craft group – meet our craft group – build friendships & sign up for our monthly craft activities
- Indoor Bias Bowls – learn about our year-round social comp, winter pennant and club championship comp
- Mini art exhibition – see what our members have been busy creating
You may already be a member but have never tried Bowls or Bridge. Or you may be a visitor and want to try both – Open Day is the day to do it!
There will be a BBQ at Noon, and entertainment by the Melbourne Tramways Big Band – always good fun.
