- please fill in the Accommodation Request Form by Thursday July 4th
- we will forward your Accommodation Request to Mantra
- Mantra will reserve your room, then call you 2 or 3 days before you arrive, to take payment

All rooms have tea & coffee facilities, iron, TV & internet access.
Package costs include accommodation, breakfasts, entrée(finger food at happy hour) and dinner, for all people in the room, for the 2 days.
Additional costs will be lunch (if required), Happy hour drinks (at happy hour prices), and Bowls fees and Bridge room cost.
Happy Hour & Dinner
Happy Hour is from 5 – 6pm on both nights, with exceptional finger food that can be treated as your entrée, held in the foyer. Happy Hour drinks – Bancroft House Red, White wine, Champagne $7 per glass & $35 per bottle. Furphy original/ crisp lager stubbies $8, house spirits $9. The bar is credit card only.
Dinner is from 6 – 7pm on both nights. It will be one course with alternating meals, served with 2 side dishes. There will be different meals on the two nights. Dietary requirements can be catered for.
Activities
Bridge
There will be sessions on Friday afternoon & evening and Saturday afternoon & evening.
The room cost for bridge will be shared by all bridge players over the 2 days. Hot tea, coffee & goodies provided. Bridge players are welcome to attend any (or all) of these sessions. No partner required. We anticipate finishing the evening sessions around 9.30 pm.
Bowls
Bowls will be played at the Lorne Bowls Club on the grounds of Mantra. Cost:$5 per game.
We will play one game on Friday afternoon & one game on Saturday (times TBC).
Around Lorne
There are lots of things to do at Lorne – Qdos Art Gallery, Erskine Falls, tennis or putting green, lots of shopping and coffee places and some good easy walks, and also a heated indoor swimming pool.
